Roof Recon is a construction consultant specializing in property insurance claim approvals as a result of hail damage.  We oversee all facets of the insurance claim process on behalf of the property owner and maintain partnership agreements with specific general contractors and their crews, public adjusters, and structural engineers; all of which are extensively vetted, put through a rigorous interview process; including but not limited to, conducting due diligence on previous work/projects to ensure they meet our standards of excellence.  Additionally, we maintain one exclusive partnership with Hail-Buster Technologies; a corporation specializing in advanced hail detection processes in order to provide scientific and irrefutable evidence qualified by a verified hail event at a specific property address, that hail damage does exist on any associated roofing surface and therefore warrants a 100% approval for replacement by the insurance carrier in question.  We have spent the last several years in conjunction with Hail-Buster in the development of products and equipment used to identify and validate hail damage.

 

We work with residential, commercial, multi-family and hospitality industry property owners.  Based in Texas, the company offers comprehensive services as a consultant and has partnership agreements with other organizations to handle all areas of a property claim.  This includes agreements with multiple general contractors that have been screened and approved by Roof Recon to conduct roof replacements for all types of roofing systems.  The other reason Roof Recon partners with general contractors is to provide a benefit to the property owners by then being able to handle all approved scopes of work identified in any approved insurance claim paperwork.   This adds to the benefit of providing a one-stop, all-inclusive procedure(s) for handling insurance property claims.
